ADULT COMBATIVES/ KRAV MAGA LEVEL 1 CLASSES (KM1)  **FOR ANYONE 12 YRS AND UP.  

ALTERNATING MONDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHTS @ 7:30 PM
 

ADULT COMBATIVES/ KRAV MAGA LEVEL 2 AND 3 CLASSES    

ALTERNATING MONDAY AND THURSDAYS NIGHTS @ 8:30 PM

THESE CLASSES ARE COMBINED WITH LEVEL 1 STUDENTS AS WELL FOR WEAPONS AND BAG TRAINING.

Our training area is fully matted and training equipment consists of several large heavy bags, tombstone pads, thai pads, kick shields, dumbbells, pull-up bar, jump ropes and more!

At-Home Practice is very important!  Review and test yourself.  Insert notes into your club handbook.  Come to class with questions if necessary.
